Hi, I’m Kristina. I’ve been a makeup artist and hairstylist for over 30 years. My work has been featured in magazines such as Elle, Cosmo, Martha Stewart, and Metropolitan, as well as in advertising for fashion and beauty products, and in film and television.
Being a makeup artist is more than just a career—it’s a heartfelt passion and a calling to help women look and feel beautiful. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do! Whether I’m on set working with a team on a high-end product or meeting a client in my makeup studio, my goal is always the same: to help each woman discover her own beauty potential.
In my studio, I offer a curated selection of high-quality products, including my very own hand-blended foundations. These are crafted using medical-grade minerals and botanicals, free of talc, bismuth, mineral oil, and parabens. They are also vegan, gluten-free, and EU-certified. My custom foundations are specifically formulated to even out and match your skin tone while catering to your unique skin type. These botanical and/or organic blends are designed to support your skin and body, helping you look and feel your best.
I love wearing makeup and prefer a natural look. For the past fifteen years, Kristina has been my “ go to” for special event makeup, and I have never been disappointed. I often purchase from her beauty line for my everyday makeup and skin care, and her products are excellent. She blends custom colors for me so I get a perfect match each and every time. This takes so much stress out of making a purchase.
Kristina has been growing her business over the years and has started offering a headshot package which includes makeup and photo shoots. She did my last headshot, choosing outfits for me and doing my makeup — and all photos were shot in natural light. They came out amazing! Deposits are not required for custom blending or color matching. However, makeup applications, wedding makeup, makeup lessons, and photography sessions require a 50% deposit. Please inquire about specific policies.
A custom foundation matching session typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. If you’d like additional products matched during your visit, please let us know when booking your session.
I’ve found that my foundation blends, when used with my primer, offer a longer-lasting finish and better wear than traditional makeup products. For even greater durability, I can customize an extra-long wear or waterproof formula.
For makeup applications, it’s best to arrive with a clean face and a light moisturizer. If you’re coming in directly from your day, you can remove your makeup at my studio.

Custom-blended makeup at MakeupMakeup is a hand-blended combination of mineral and botanical ingredients. It can be formulated as a liquid or powder foundation, tailored to match your skin tone, type, and desired level of coverage. Options range from mineral moisture tints and medium coverage to full coverage for uneven skin tones—all designed to look natural.
Mineral makeup is known for its ability to help the skin heal without causing irritation. Moisturizers and oil-control botanicals can be added to your custom formula if needed. If you have specific skin concerns, consult your dermatologist before your appointment.
It’s recommended to stop using retinols, facial peels, and facial waxing at least 5 days before your makeup application to avoid skin peeling or shedding during the session.
Makeup applications typically take 45 to 65 minutes, depending on the look you want. Please consult with us when booking your appointment.
Yes. A bridal trial allows us to get to know each other, understand the look you want, and determine the best products for your special day.
As a professional makeup artist, I believe foundation is essential to creating a beautiful look. If your foundation is not the right color, texture, or coverage for your skin, it’s difficult to achieve the look you desire.
Bridal trials usually last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. Please consult with us when booking your appointment.
